Gabil Roof Configuration

Steeper roofs require more materials to build.

Gabil roof configuration. A hybrid of hipped and gable with the gable wall at the top and hipped lower down. Determine the pitch you want for your roof. Gables can also adorn dormer windows and porches. A gambrel roof usually contains a gable at each end just like a standard gable roof.
