Getting Blue Ink Out Of Carpet

Fill a spray bottle with equal parts of water and distilled white vinegar. Fill the iron with water plug it in set it on low medium not too hot you don t want to burn the carpet and place it on top of the towel.

When the ink is gone rinse your carpet with a warm water vinegar. Dab the stained area and then rinse with warm soapy water. Blot the moistened cloth onto the ink stain. Tap slightly the mark but never rub it will make everything only worse.

If the ink is still wet immediately cover it with salt. You can combine rubbing alcohol and a bowl of lukewarm water to remove permanent ink stain on the carpet. Once the area is stain free dab the area with a towel dipped in lukewarm water. Repeat until the stain is removed.

You may not be able to get all of the ink out of the carpet just by blotting and massaging. If the ink is already dry wet it thoroughly before. Put some alcohol on the corner of a dry cloth and blot out the inky mark.
